Removing Hot Spots in Camera Raw

There’s a retouching technique in Photoshop for reducing hot spots (shiny areas on a subject’s face), where you use the Patch tool to completely remove the hot spot, then you go under the Edit menu, choose Fade Patch Tool, and you lower the Opacity slider so the highlight goes back but not the shininess (it works really well). Now you can do something very similar right within Camera Raw.
