You can take care of all of your account and payment information on the "My Account" page in your dashboard. To get there scroll to the bottom of the drop down menu to the left and click on the "My Account" arrow to view drop down menu within your account and click on "My Account" tab. This will take you to your accounts page to view and update your account information.
The most common reason for this is that you are entering the wrong password. To fix this problem you will need to create a new password. To do that, click on the "sign in" tab at the top of the KelbyOne site, type in your username and click on the "forgot password" link to complete.
Once you log into the site click on "My Courses" tab in the top left corner of the menu. Once there you will see your favorites, current courses viewed and new courses now available, etc.
Once you log into the site click on "Discounts" tab in the drop down menu to your left. Once on the discounts page, look for the company you are interested in, then click on the "get discount" button for discount details.
As long as you renew before your membership expires, your renewal rate will never change. However, if you let your membership expire, your renewal rate will be treated as a new membership and your rate will be whatever the price of a membership is at that time.
