You can take care of all of your account and payment information on the My Account page.
To upgrade your membership, first navigate to the My Account page. From there, at the top of the page, under "Memberships", click on the upgrade button next to your current membership plan.
The most common reason for this is that you are entering the wrong password. To fix this problem you will need to go here and reset your password.
Once you log into the site, go to your Dashboard. Once there, scroll down the page and you will see your favorites, current courses viewed, etc.
Once you log into the site, go to the Discounts page. Once there, look for the company you are interested in, then click on the "get discount" button for discount details.
As long as you renew before your membership expires, your renewal rate will never change. However, if you let your membership expire, your renewal rate will be treated as a new membership and your rate will be whatever the price of a membership is at that time.
