lesson 1: Introduction (free course preview)
The instructor introduces the class and discusses what will be covered in the lessons that follow.
lesson 2: Concept to Visual Message
You want to start with a concept and use that to develop the visual message with sketches, research, and mood board, to help get other creatives on the same page.
lesson 3: Build Your Team
Many of us start as one-man bands, but it is hard to do it all yourself. Collaborating with others will change your photography.
lesson 4: Convey Vision to Team
All the work you’ve done so far will help you communicate your vision to the rest of the team.
lesson 5: Tools and Setup
Lenworth shares his tools and setup to capture the images during the shoot.
lesson 6: Getting Light Right
Using a light meter to ensure proper exposure, Lenworth gets his settings dialed in as well as positioning the model within the frame.
lesson 7: Conducting the Shoot
With the lighting all set it is time for the actual shoot. First step is to customize white balance, and then all set for the shooting.
lesson 8: Creating a Second Look
Building on the success of the first look, Lenworth takes it up a notch with a second look for the model.
lesson 9: The Final Look
After an outfit change, new makeup, and modified lighting setup, Lenworth creates images for a third look.

meet  Lenworth Johnson
Jamaican by birth with a natural gift for graphic design and photography, Lenworth grew up in Jamaica where he obtained his education and training. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from the Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performining Arts where he majored in graphic design and minored in photography. His work covers advertising, beauty, and fashion photography for commercial clients. His passion for photography resulted in him wining the Guru Award in 2019. He received Honorable Mention in 2020 Tokyo International Foto Awards, WPE International Silver Award 2021 first half, and two images in PPA’s Loan and Merit Collection. Lenworth has been published in Houston Voyage, Aesthetica, Dreamy, Edith, Moevir, Malvie, and Vigour magazines just to name a few.
